My wife and I collectively have been working with Re/Max for 21 years.  It’s great that we can work together, doing exactly what we love to do!

I’ve been self-employed since I was 21, which means I have developed the self- discipline that is so important when working and being effective in real estate. For 20 years I’ve worked in many cities all over the world recruiting, training and developing sales teams. I have extensive sales experience, developed detailed marketing plans and have strategic negotiating expertise all of which are a requirement when negotiating a home for its highest potential selling price. Working internationally I have the ability to work successfully with a variety of cultures, which is extremely important in the cities of the Greater Toronto Area, where to be effective you must explore every potential buyer and you are likely dealing with a diverse group of buyers.

Working with Re/Max Premier, which is one of the largest and most successful brokerages in the GTA, is important because it means that when we list your property it is immediately available to the most productive and active agent network in your area.  This means more exposure and attention from qualified buyers early in the listing process, when we are in our strongest negotiating position.

We have represented both buyers and sellers over the years, which is a large advantage to you when listing a property because we know how to strategically price and market a home as well as know what it takes from a buyer’s perspective to attract buyers and move them forward in the bidding process. 

Prior to real estate I was a recruiter with Re/Max where I developed a strong working relationship with a large number of realtors all over the GTA. This is advantageous to the Sellers we work with because we can instantly promote your home directly to hundreds of Realtors, each of whom are working with potential buyers. This is an advantage most other agents don’t have and it can make the difference in finding the buyer that will pay more than anyone else for your home. We can serve you in English, Spanish, Italian and French (sometimes, when our daughter is available).
