As a first time buyer, I had many reasons to be nervous about purchasing my first property. Before I called Santo, the other agents I've spoke with were quick to dismiss emails and wouldn't return your calls. However, Team Sessa was completely different. They are knowledgeable, diligent, and most importantly, patient. Every step of the process was explained to me in great detail and they went over every document that required a signature. Whether they had to work all day or stay up until midnight to update you on an offer, they got stuff DONE. I worked and made many deals with different real estates in the past until I found the best. Sonia and Santo Sessa really understand all your need without the emotional, which is really important if you’re buying a first home and more important an investment property. I really wished I met them before. I’m not an easy client and I can be little demanding, most of all they didn’t rush me until the right opportunity came, they’re not looking for an easy commission. I wish as many people can read this review so they can’t waste time finding the right real estate, not that many out there with the same knowledge and understanding of the overall market. This guys really work hard. I don’t want to say more positive things or it looks like I’ve been paid for this review!
