If it wasn’t for their knowledge about the entire industry and their direction in other aspects of purchasing (as buying a properly doesn’t just involve real estate agents but also lawyers , mortgage brokers etc !) I dont think I would have been able to obtain my dream condo if it wasn’t for them ! They both worked endlessly to help me anytime of the day/ night ! I worked and made many deals with different real estates in the past until I found the best. Sonia and Santo Sessa really understand all your need without the emotional, which is really important if you’re buying a first home and more important an investment property. I really wished I met them before. I’m not an easy client and I can be little demanding, most of all they didn’t rush me until the right opportunity came, they’re not looking for an easy commission. I wish as many people can read this review so they can’t waste time finding the right real estate, not that many out there with the same knowledge and understanding of the overall market. This guys really work hard. I don’t want to say more positive things or it looks like I’ve been paid for this review!
