I worked and made many deals with different real estates in the past until I found the best. Sonia and Santo Sessa really understand all your need without the emotional, which is really important if you’re buying a first home and more important an investment property. I really wished I met them before. I’m not an easy client and I can be little demanding, most of all they didn’t rush me until the right opportunity came, they’re not looking for an easy commission. I wish as many people can read this review so they can’t waste time finding the right real estate, not that many out there with the same knowledge and understanding of the overall market. The Sessa team has now assisted us with three purchases and two sales over the past five years. Before I called Santo, the other agents I've spoke with were quick to dismiss emails and wouldn't return your calls. However, Team Sessa was completely different. They are knowledgeable, diligent, and most importantly, patient. Every step of the process was explained to me in great detail and they went over every document that required a signature. Whether they had to work all day or stay up until midnight to update you on an offer, they got stuff DONE. Sonia even came to my workplace to pick up the deposit cheque to make sure it went to the other realtor office on time. They definitely go the extra mile. Sonia & Santo are two of the most amazing people! Throughout the whole process of trying to buy my first condo they were there every single step of the way and went above and beyond to help me. They are everything from extremely knowledgeable..friendly ..personable...kind hearted..hard working ..passionate about life and their job and very honest people .. the list can go on!! If it wasn’t for their knowledge about the entire industry and their direction in other aspects of purchasing (as buying a properly doesn’t just involve real estate agents but also lawyers , mortgage brokers etc !) I dont think I would have been able to obtain my dream condo if it wasn’t for them ! They both worked endlessly to help me anytime of the day/ night !
